Super buena localización, puedes caminar a los puntos mas importantes de la ciudad sin ningún inconveniente. Las campanas de la iglesia de a lado suena en la mañana y puede ser algo fastidioso pero era de saberse ya que se sitúa en el mismo camino. A pesar de eso, muy bonita experiencia! Todo su staff muy amable. Gracias!

The charming staircase was well-maintained and offered a bit of a workout, which I didn’t mind after indulging in the delicious breakfasts served each morning. The staff was friendly. There were minor things I think could have made my stay more perfect, again very minor, but I will mention.. I don't like the entry blocked with plants, it made the hotel less inviting, I would prefer if I could just walk through to my room without having to say hello to the attendant. The other minor minor issue was that the TV was outdated and small in comparison to the room. I wish that there were some language options when watching as well.

Overall, ok !
Overpriced, maybe that's a fault on hotels.com. Only 2 or so rooms were occupied during our stay. Got a room on the top floor, which was nice but No elevator and No a/c. Had some wind to cool down. Spacious room & bathroom, had a view of the cathedral. Yes, the bells go on throughout the night. Good location near the plaza. Weirdly the picture on the booking is the university behind it. The patio door was locked throughout so couldn't access that area, which was the only amenity. Staff were nice but not much help as there's a language barrier. Breakfast is coffee, juice, fruit & bread. Be careful of Uber drivers to the airport. They contact u after accepting your ride, demanding cash payments and for more. We told them to cancel our rides. The hotel said it usually costs 700 but we got a taxi for 400.

The hotel was centrally located, but no parking. They did accommodate by letting me park in one of their chain hotels (8 min taxi drive). Friendly staff and walking distance from local restaurants. Warm water was a plus for me!
