During my stay on this visit there were several items in the room that either didn’t work or were broken. There are twin spotlights over the bed 1 of which sprung lose in front of my guess. Another was the studio mirror in the bathroom which simply did not function.

Very disappointing over sold didn’t get the room we wanted so was put into an a room with double beds instead of the king I requested and also the room had no AC and had to get it fixed everyday we were there. No towels when we arrived as well

We got into the room which at first at nice. The sink in the bathroom was 80% detatched from the countertop, the shower was missing the glass slider so they rigged a shower curtain that clung to you as we showered. The pool had a group of little kids running wild, a 2yr old in the hot tub alone, and bratty kids telling other kids to get out. The cost of a single pour Bacardi and sprite was $13 which is almost the cost of the whole bottle. To top it off there was a shootout near the hotel that cleared the area. I was trying to treat my girlfriend for her birthday, and this experience basically ruined it.

Relaxing Night
Stayed the night after heading back from seeing a family member. The room was amazing and the service was great. The shower had amazing hot water and the bed was very comfortable. I honestly wish I had stayed more than one night. There was a lot to do in the hotel. Definitely would pick this hotel again.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room I paid extra for with a “view” was just a bigger window with NO VIEW just branches of a trees. The check in took roughly 30 minutes. The beds were horrible. The hotel was almost fully booked on a Friday night amd they had no room service. They closed their food at 11pm. They had no shop to buy snacks after 11pm. The staffs knowledgeability of anything going on in the hotel seemed very limited. Absolute NEVER again.
