room 305 had a continuous ticking noise coming from ceiling. during check in received a dirty room and had to go back down to lobby to change room. waited 20 minutes for a new clean room. stay was decent

Arrived to hotel and keys did not work and had to get another set. After getting into the room the sheets were dirty. Staff did bring up new bedding for me to remake the beds. We booked 2 rooms. The second room the keys would never open. Staff did upgrade the second room.

Lots of homeless people around the hotel(s) area. Walked over to a nearby restaurant and saw a needle on the ground by the sidewalk. The people reminded me of the walking dead show. You can tell the addicts like the area since it’s populated.

It was ok. The walls are very thin and the people above me were allowing their kids to run all night and front desk couldn’t stop them
