The entire building was filthy and stunk. Our room was definitely not a nonsmoking room. The shower was not cleaned. There was no soap or anything to wash with. The bathroom door would not close all the way. We did not have a blanket/comforter on our bed, only sheets. Just a horrible place to stay.

Renovating so the hallways are terrible but the actual room was ok. Breakfast was terrible only waffle maker , 2 kinds of dry cereal. Towels were dirty at times during the stay as well as bed sheets . If they keep improving it will be a nice stay overall . I stayed 7 days for jr Olympics

We were only allowed 2 pillows. We had a double room and we're told 1 pillow per bed was all that was allowed. The pool was closed which were told would be closed for 2 hours. The air conditioner was broken and the manager could not have cared less. We had no ice bucket. No trash cans. Couldn't get more than 2 towels. All this being said the room was booked for 4 people so it was no surprise. I will NEVER stay at any one of the hotels again nor will I tell anyone a single positive word about the establishment. Worse hotel stay I've ever experienced.

The hallways were horrid. The room numbers were literally sharpied on the wall. The rooms were upgraded and brand new TVs which was nice, but I could not get passed the entrance and hallways, ended up leaving a night early due to quality.

The hallway was totally terrible. An extreme turnoff. The room was ok better than the hallway. Room numbers literally written poorly in marker on the wall next to the door. But the gal at checkin was great and friendly. The elevator was out and I can’t do stairs much less carry luggage up so she found us a first floor.

Run down. Hotel was being remodeled… filthy dirty. Didn’t take want toy take shoes off or get near the beds. We were in town for a concert and all The other hotels near were sold out. Pulled up to check in and there was a motorcycle gang of about 50 or more hanging out in lobby and at front door drinking and smoking and it was just terrible.

We felt extremely unsafe and did not sleep in the hotel. Upon arrival there was a gang of people who were playing music extremely loud. We could not hear the front desk lady to check in. The whole hotel smelt like marijuana and was overall unsanitary. The room numbers were either taped on with painters tape or wrote in sharpie on the wall. You could tell the room was not cleaned well, the trash wasn’t changed and there were large spots of a white substance on the floor. The pillows and comforter had large stains, along with a large hole in the wall. We had went to a concert hoping to have a safe space to stay in Greensboro and this hotel did not meet that expectation in the slightest.

I felt extremely unsafe. I did not even go inside to the property because there was an entire gang of people in front of the entrance. There was what looked like a drug deal happening in the parking lot in broad daylight. The property even outside in the parking lot smelt very intensely of marijuana. This property was very dirty. The halls were carpeted and had holes and tears. They said it was free breakfast and the breakfast room was all ways out of something. Rhay had waffles the first 2 days then they ran out. The only good thing is that the rooms were clean and new and updated. Also the pool was clean but other than that no. The whole hotel was under construction. That was not noted on the website. We were there for a week and got one room clean and i had to fight for that one. We had to wait on towels. We didn't get new towels for 4 days. The service was horrible and the hotel was in a unsafe place. We seen some drug deals going on in the back of the hotel. One of the worst hotels I have been to. Do not be fooled on the the pictures. Also was not worth the money i spent to stay there.

So while you do get what you pay for. The room was clean the staff was phenomenal. The areas we found lacking were that they seemed to be doing a landlord special makeover on the place. The room numbers were on the doors with paper and tape. The area in which the hotel is located seemed to be less than desirable and the 2 inch crack under our door left us feeling less than secure. I can't say enough the staff was wonderful it just left us feeling like our belongings were not secure in the room in the slightest.

The room was nicer looking than the rest of the hotel but no microwave, coffee maker, the sink only had hot water and slow trickle for warm, the shower did not work if it did you had to wait 5 minutes for it to start then it was slow or got slower when maybe someone else was using another shower. The king bed only had 2 small pillows and my son and I had to share a towel for two days, the trash was never emptied and good thing we took our own shampoo since all we got was 1 random set that did not match a brand when we checked in and we stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was only toast and waffle maker and I heard there was fruit and muffins but having breakfast from 6:30-10:30 and going at 8 and have it gone was not good planning.

Very run down , homeless people in hotel , food runs out , trash piled up , sheets stained , we stayed 4 nights and room not cleaned or replacement of towels. As you walk down the hall you could smell weed and a lot of unsupervised children running around and yelling at night in the halls. 1st room ceiling texture was laying on bed 2nd room only 1 bed and not 2 that I reserved 3rd room was ok When we asked for anything it was felt like we were bothering the staff. We understand that you are remodeling but that was not said on the website.

The place was seriously dirty. There were wide rubber baseboards peeling from wall. The rest G’s were awfully dirty… lots of dirt spots, needed shampooing. Although under major renovation. They did not provide a safe and clean atmosphere. Very dirty, trash and linen in halls- on floor. Carpet was dirty with stains from paint and plaster. The actual room was clean and newly refurbished except for air-conditioning system the filters were sitting on top of unit full of dirt and plaster. The security latch on the room engaged itself after we exited the room- locking ourselves out of the room. Too loose.. We had to get assistance to reenter our room. Staff were pleasant and accommodating

The place was a little run down. The walls are made of paper. You can hear everything outside your room. The rooms are fairly good size and clean. Ac wasnt running properly. All and all you get what you pay for. We arrived in the evening and just needed a place to sleep so we settled.

Property is currently under renovation and that should have been listed on the website but was not arrive and see the condition is unsatisfactory was disappointing.. Baymont is normally a top-of-the-line location everywhere I go, but this location really caught me off guard as I went against my primary choice of hotels to stay here.

Save your money and stay somewhere else. The hallways look like a war zone. The room numbers are written in sharpie on the walls. The AC in the room could barely keep up. The refrigerator in the room did not work.
