This hotel completely blew my mind. I hadn't heard of them before so I thought it was a "budget motel" and had low expectations. I was so wrong! I will now be seeking these hotels out when I travel. I was so impressed with everything about them from location to cleanliness to staff. Loved everything here!

A new hotel in Grand Rapids. Great location next to plenty of dining options, target, Walmart, and L & M. Clean rooms with full kitchens and full size refrigerators. I would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman on the feont desk was very accomodating, personable and efficient. He made us feel important and welcomed. The pool is fantastic, including the shower/restrooms. It was very clean. The room was spacious and included a recling chair as well as desk and desk chair. And it was quiet, perfect after a long driving day. It also included full fridge and hot plates, making it a great place for a longer stay as well.

Brand New Hotel, But Noisy
The brand new hotel is only 6 weeks old. It is very clean and new smelling. Everything is in excellent shape from bathroom to bedroom to kitchenette. A major issue for us was a barking dog left alone across the hall and the adjacent neighbors being loud next door. The new walls are paper thin and it was hard to sleep contently when unit doors and exit doors were opened and closed (slamming sound from the automatic closer). Also TV's were turned up and people were talking or laughing loudly in their room or the hallway. Also, the room above us sounded like a herd of buffalo were staying there. Very annoying when trying to get some rest. Otherwise, a beautiful new place.

This was a new hotel! Very clean! Only Complaint is you have your own private ice machine and only got about 6 cubes for the whole night! Other than that the place was great!

This is a new hotel. It is a bit different than a typical hotel in that it doesn't serve coffee or have a free breakfast. Rooms have coffee makers, a stovetop and a full fridge with an ice maker. The ice maker was very slow and only made a few cubes at a time. So that wasn't very helpful to us. The microwave had not been cleaned when we arrived. The cupboard doors had not be wiped down as well. Otherwise the room looked good and was very comfortable.

They could have a designated smoking area somewhere on the property. They should have ice makers in the hotel. They have in the rooms in the freezers but the ice tastes terrible. Not sure if its because it isnt making it constantly or because of new fridges but gross!! Bring your own ice to keep in freezer.

Very clean. Everything is new and very nice. Cons: elevator is sooo slow, could have a second front desk person in the evening, very long line to check in and the phone kept ringing off the hook. Mike the guy at the desk was very professional and accommodating and taking the rush and rudeness of other patrons in stride. 10/10 would stay again
