Place is old, lady evon at the desk can be a little rude. They hit you with a 14$ daily parking fee when you check in. I got hit with an extra 50$ fee for a “extra person” charge when I checked out even knowing I was alone. The manager Repeatedly told me he could change the pricing from Travelocity but then they could add parking fees. Don’t stay here plenty of other places newer and better facilities for the price this comes to after everything. Quoted 330$ for 5 days it came to 480$ after all the hidden stuff.

It is a very clean comfortable hotel. I was just irritated that they dare to charge $14 for parking in the small town of Grand Junction. They really should let you know when you book!!!

The gym is not very good - liked everything else
Overall a good stay and enjoyed the place. The only warning is that the gym is pretty lame. There was only a stair stepper (that was either broken or I was too dumb to figure out - I finally gave up on it because it would turn on but never start the workout!), a flat bench, and a few dumbbells. It was pretty warm in the tiny room and no fan, so I propped the doors open. I was glad no one else tried to use it at the same time as me because it would've been impossible to share that tiny space. So if you are looking for a good workout each day of your stay, I'd recommend another hotel. Also a heads up that you'll be charged an additional nightly parking fee when you check in. (I think $14 per day?). We liked the pool and hot tub and slept just fine in the beds (but we aren't very picky). It's older in some places but had a nice ambiance and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Fine place to rest your head for a night. I’m not a fan of hidden fees so was a bit miffed that they charged $14 for parking on arrival. There are plenty of lots around and some street parking which I wished I parked at considering I only stayed for 9hours overnight. Wifi wasnt obviously easy to connect to either.

The place was loud. Band in the bar, Karaoke, lot of people in the halls. If you are looking for that scene, go for it. If you are looking for a good night sleep go elsewhere. Plus they charge $15 for parking in the lot out front.

The Grandview has a Grandview and is very comfortable, in a good location and is highly competitive to other offerings. Check in was made easy by hotels.com and The Grandview staff were personable, professional and upgraded my accommodations to a mini suite. There was a charge for parking which I assume pays for security. The on-site lounge and restaurant offered food and drink at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and I will stay here the next visit to Grand Junction Colorado. Cheers!
