We arrived at 10:30 at night, tired and dealing with family struggles and were greeted by a kind, compassionate front desk attendant, Britani, who went out of her way to help us. Because we have a handicapped plate and I have trouble walking, she went to the extra trouble to reassign us a room that was close to the elevator, rather than the one that was originally assigned to us that was at the end of the hall. I genuinely felt like she understood we were tired, struggling and did ner best to make our stay more convenient and comfortable.

I got a great deal through Expedia for such a fine hotel. It was very clean and the room was comfortable. I really liked the pool, but did not like waiting in a "check-in" line at the desk to get a towel to swim. I also did not appreciate paying $14 to park! I was staying at their hotel, not taking a trip to the airport. It is a very nice hotel, otherwise.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. Our room smelled of smoke and sink was clogged with cigarette ashes. They were kind enough to move us rooms. Bathroom in new room had a dirty towel on sink. Bathroom shampoo is a shower gel and shampoo combo, bring your own. Rooms look nicer in the photos. Lobby is super cute with a fun atmosphere restaurant, but pricey for the environment. I would not stay here again. The rates do correspond with what you get.

Best Place to Stay in GJ

Grand Vista is the best place to stay. Everything is here, best thing the price is in our budget. Free upgrade on room, Taco Tuesday was excellent. Good Service and great live music.

Older facility but still in the game

This is an older facility that has been reasonably well cared for, but has a few glaring needs. First is one of the elevators that made a terrible, unnerving racket every time you passed the 3rd floor. Second are the shower heads that need updated with adjustable nozzles so you can get reasonable pressure with enough volume to rinse well. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and reasonably quiet. Access to the airport is unbeatable, but unfortunately they've changed their park-and-ride policy and it's much cheaper to simply leave your vehicle at the airport.

Place is old, lady evon at the desk can be a little rude. They hit you with a 14$ daily parking fee when you check in. I got hit with an extra 50$ fee for a “extra person” charge when I checked out even knowing I was alone. The manager Repeatedly told me he could change the pricing from Travelocity but then they could add parking fees. Don’t stay here plenty of other places newer and better facilities for the price this comes to after everything. Quoted 330$ for 5 days it came to 480$ after all the hidden stuff.

For the price, we thought it was great!

An old property but well maintained- The staff was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds are great. We would stay there again- the price was very reasonable.

Bait and Switch on cost of hotel

When I arrived I was shocked that they added $14.00 for parking. I did not see this on Hotels.com. They said it was on there. Also, they charged my debit card $100.00 which they said would be returned in 24 hours. I will see so far it is still charging me.
