"The location was great, but the house wouldn’t heat over 60. Multiple space heaters had to be brought to us and a fire had to go 24/7 otherwise the house was frigid. The exercise equipment did not work and there are loose screws on the hot tub that one of us got cut on. When they say you need coffee filters you also need absolutely everything you may need in a kitchen. There are no extras. I thought there may be oil or salt and pepper or other small things but there was nothing. "

"We had a great stay at the Jordan. Had an excellent room rate that contributed to us enjoying our stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The bathroom walls in our room were messed up. It looked like they removed wall paper but didn’t remove the glue before they painted the walls. They should fix this as it looks bad for a higher end hotel. The newly renovated lobby was welcoming. Also offered bag storage before we could check-in and after we checked-out which was super convenient. Enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Ski check service was fantastic. On-site restaurant had great ambience for evening dinner and food was good. Big portions. Would definitely stay here again. 4x4 is a must if there is snow!"

"The Host exceeded all expectations for our stay. We were greeted at her lovely home with hand/toe warmers and smores makings! She even delivered a beautiful (and yummy) charcuterie box for us the second day. She communicated with us everyday to make sure everything was perfect. She had great suggestions for where to park at Sunday River and made sure we knew when the plow truck was coming so it didn’t interfere with our plans. We will definitely come back next year for more ski fun!!!"

"We brought our sons, their wives and children as a Christmas present. The place was perfect. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We spent many hours in the movie theater watching NFL Divisional games on Sat & Sunday. Great place building memories and it was as advertised. "

"We had a great time at Mark's house in Sunday River! We stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays - and we wish we could've stayed longer! We arrived to lovely Christmas decorations around the house, equipped with a 10-foot Christmas tree! Mark was an excellent communicator - responding literally within minutes and catering to all our needs and questions. The house is exactly as advertised - very clean, spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the igloo hot tub and fire pit outside. Absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun ski vacation! "
