Centrally located in the heart of Tugun sits this two bedroom hidden gem! This fully self-contained unit, offers light filled open plan living and dining area with smart TV, Reverse Cycle Air conditioning and private balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and both the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated with internal laundry.
Bedroom one is fitted with a queen size bed and bedroom two with a single bed plus trundle, which can be extended to make a double bed.The bathroom/laundry has also been updated and is fitted with a washing machine and dryer. Remote style ceilings fans are fitted in the living/dining area and bedrooms.
This property is located within walking distance to the beach (please note it is not beachfront), local shops, cafes, public transport and the popular Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.It is also easily accessible from the Gold Coast Airport and the M1.
Wifi is included at this property. There is a single lock up garage.
Bookings arriving after Nov 15, 2022 - Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

A few issues
The owners have made the unit itself very nice but The add doesn’t show the position and the surrounds. Very dark and unwelcoming to return at night.
The stairway is putrid with cats piss smell. Get the body Corp to clean the place thoroughly.
These issue make the cleanliness of the unit overshadowed
