This is really a great hotel, so much so that I am confused by how inexpensive it is. The building is magnificent and the location is terrific. If I ever return to Glasgow, I’m definitely going to stay here again.

I love the character of this hotel. It is clean and comfortable. The staff are top notch: friendly and professional. The location is central and convenient for sightseeing and transport. However, you do need to be street smart around the station.

Wonderful hotel, thoroughly recommended.

Straight off the train into a beautiful hotel with its immediate air of grandeur and history. Impressive double room, top class, if a little expensive, champagne bar and a wonderful Scottish breakfast with loads to choose from. Thoroughly recommended, this will be where I shall stay whenever I visit.
