The bathroom floor was not very clean. Bathtub was not working so all the water was not draining during a shower. The bed was very squeaky. Made a lot of noise. I was able to hear all the people walking on the upstairs room.

Showed a hottub and pool with clean rooms online, when we showed up, there was no hottub, the pool was dirty and closed, the room had hair everywhere and wasn’t clean.

I don't think it was very unique. I've stayed in Comfort Inns several times, and they have really comfortable beds. Imagine that! (some do not!). The set up intrigued me. Most breakfast rooms are just near the lobby. Nothing is attached to this lobby that I could tell. I had to take the elevator where my room was , down to the first floor, (which was a car garage- not the best layout) walk out into daylight, then over to where the lobby sat. There was no one in it, so had to come back later. Hard to call the front desk, when there is NO PHONE in the room, and it took awhile to find the phone number.... the food was good. Eggs, and the meat varied, nice. Juices, tea and coffee, and other things. Service in that area was well taken care of. I'd definitely stay there again. I felt safe, just don't like walking through car garages.......

Usually, I have a very good experience here. But this time, I arrived back to my room after a very long day at work and they had not serviced at all – meaning I had no clean towels. I tried calling the front desk about 10 times that evening. I would get a recording and then it would hang up on me. I finally reached somebody at the front desk the next morning. But by the time they were able to send me towels, I had to be gone for the day. It was just frustrating. Other than that, it was fine.

I stay in hotels the majority of my time. I have experienced many. I must say the staff at the comfort inn in beaverton oregon went above and beyond! You all were patient and compassionate with me and my situation! I cannot thank you enough! My room was exceptional! Great towels! Fantastic sheets! It was quiet and within walking distance to shopping and food! I am very pleased with my stay! Thank you to everyone there

Check in was swift and staff was professional. Got my keys and as soon as I walked into the room it smelt horribly of cigarette smoke. I called front desk and they quickly switched me to a different room. Overall great location, great service, clean rooms. Would stay again if needed.
