The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. However, I thought the guy at the front desk was unfriendly. Doing business in the cold through a window did not sit well with me. I didn't expect my breakfast to be given to me through a window in a bag.

Arrived around 3:15 room was 77 degrees could not regulate the thermostat - went back to check in and they were to send maintence to fix it - went out for over an hour when we returned same problem hushand spoke to maintenence guy give me 5 minutes went back to hot room he never came after 20 minutes - we checked out and maintenence guy was putting blue tape on wall in room off the lobby - totally pissed at this point - i am requesting a full refund

Hello Hotels.com my stay was awful, after driving over 7 hours (weather conditions and terrific) from NYC to NH and being exhausted the only thing I wanted was to have a good night sleep so I can recover and recharge to drive back the next morning to NYC. However in the room next to us there was a dog along who barked unstopped well till pass 4-5am; I had to get up at 6am. I didn’t get to sleep, the hotel assistant manager approved a refund for the room. Please refund me back to my account on OneKeyCash. I looked all over the internet to find a Hotels.com customer service number so I can explain the situation but didn’t find any. Please, we the people want to speak to a human. Thank you!
