At check-in the original room had extensive black mold of the ceiling in the bathroom/vanity area. Called front desk reported & asked for a safer room. Was told there was only 1 room available. I retrieved the access card & inspected the new room. There was minimal black mold above the shower, which was a common wall with the original black mold room. Since it was the last available room & the city was sold out for NYE, I accepted it. I seriously doubt any notes were recorded for maintenance repair.

Good place if you want breakfast and clean rooms
Its a great place for the budget minded , the Breakfast area is nice and clean . The covid disposable plates & utensils are still in use but the meal is hot and has Biscuits & gravy ,sausage Cereal , waffles, yogurt juice Rooms are nice 4th floor best veiw.

Horrible property
It was so bad I could not stay. There was mold on the walls and toilet, the whole room was humid wet and sticky, the microwave was broken and dirty, the coffee maker was filthy, the toilet didn't flush properly, and the room smelled. Booked thru hotels.com, and requested a refund. There were people "hanging out" like at a cheap monthly motel. There was a couple living in their van in the parking garage.
