This is not a 3 star hotel. You had homeless people inside and outside the facility. When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, so I could not check-in. They had a sign that they were on a 30-minute break. The lobby was full of people waiting. One gentleman said that he was waiting for 20 minutes. We stayed for 45 and still no one. We started to fear for our safety with all the sketchy traffic coming thru., we also tried calling while there and after we left, even hours later. No one ever answered the front desk. I had to find another hotel quickly. Then, I called Expedia customer service and was told that they could not cancel my reservation until they confirmed with the hotel. They also tried calling, and there was no answer. Extremely disappointed with the hotel and Expedia customer service.

When we checked in no one was before us - during our check in - which took a very long time, I had to ask " is there a problem?" He said no. Three different individuals came to the front desk at separate times; named off different room numbers said they had lost their room keys. They were given keys- no ask for Identification and I was still waiting. People were out yelling in front of building. I rooms were so dirty but too late to check out.
