One block from the historic Main Street, No. 1 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Hill Country has to offer. One of six unique and private guest suites, No. 1 offers a private getaway on a local street, with prime location. Walk to get your morning coffee, spend the day shopping Main St and then walk back to unwind in your courtyard hot tub.

The Space:
Bedroom/Living Area: Studio-style, king sized bed with high-end linens, gas fireplace, reading/dining nook, TV with Roku.

Kitchenette: Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, tableware.

Bathroom: Walk-in shower and jetted tub, separate water closet, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, spa robes, hair dryer, iron/board).

Outdoor Area: Private courtyard with hot tub and outdoor shower, lounge seating, bistro table and TV with Roku.

Can't wait to reserve this property again
Upon arrival, we knew we must book this place again and attempt to reserve the others units with friends next trip. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to everything on Main Street. A convenient location and the unit is cozy, updated, and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the bed provided a good night's rest as well. We absolutely loved it!! Can't wait to return.PS: the porch swing was an added bonus.

Great little get away
This one room efficiency was perfect for me and my wife. It was a little further from the center of town than I thought because i had never been but plenty of stuff to walk to. The bed was awesome, walk in shower was great and the hot tub was relaxing.

Cutest Stay In Fredericksburg
We really enjoyed our stay in unit No. 1. It was a quick walk to Main Street and the neighborhood was just the cutest. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was right out of a dream and the two chairs were perfect for eating breakfast and enjoying our coffee. The host were outstanding with excellent conversation. My husband and I spent the 4th of July In Fredericksburg and I would recommend it. The parade was awesome! Also, the firework show at Lady Bird State Park was the best!

Horrible 30 years anniversary stay
No fireplace outside as pictures showed! They said ohh yeah we remove them and have not updated our pictures yet. no privacy to bathroom at all! They removed the door!!!! The walks are paper thin. You can hear lots of traffic and everyone around . They Called us and woke us up early in the morning to ask us if the router was unplugged because the other people in the near units were complaining the Wi-Fi wasn’t working but they did not care about waking us up and ruining our stay. The patio was full of leaves and dirt. When I talk to customer service, they were very rude and did not care at all about us.
