The VRBO was just as pictured - beautifully and simply decorated, comfortable bedrooms, modern well equipped kitchen and everything felt clean and pristine. On street parking was always available. The neighborhood felt safe. Our questions were quickly answered by the manager. We all felt that we would love to come back again!"

"Margaret was a wonderful host and communicated extremely promptly. Location was great, in close walking distance to public transportation and J.P. Downtown. We enjoyed making a cozy fire in the wood stove on a cool November evening. All in all a comfortable weekend with the family."

"This is a great property with room for a group or family. A charming neighborhood with fun shopping and a variety of restaurants; easy access to public transportation downtown. Day tripping to sites outside of Boston was relatively easy. The stairs might be a challenge for people with mobility issues. Otherwise would give it 5 stars. "

"Our week stay in October 2024 exceeded all expectations. The house is exactly as pictured and had everything inside and outside that we could have possibly needed to make the visit for 2 adults and 2 Boston Terrier dogs super comfortable and memorable. Having access to a completely fenced in yard and ample space to safely park off our car off the street was priceless. Communication with Perry was always prompt and friendly. He provided detailed instructions before we checked in to ensure we were able to locate the property and gain access without issues. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay at a home away from home when visiting Boston or any neighboring city. The home was clean, well supplied for any needs, and we always felt safe, no matter the hour of day or night. If we make it back to Boston, we will definitely look to stay at this property again.
