The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near everything. The building is somewhat dated, the room very small but it had balcony with a nice view. I had to request the heat to be turned on.

No air conditioning. Told the manager I would like to check out as my wife has a health condition. They refused to let me check out and refund my deposit. I left and got another hotel. Now working with my credit card company for a credit

I would recommend this hotel to anyone taking a short trip to Frankfurt! It is attached to a movie theater which is both cool and loud at times. There was very loud construction and a school nearby that made for quite a bit of noise during the day. Outside of that, the front desk was very accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful, and the area was very walkable. They have good wifi and can make accommodations for food allergies. No laundry service.

Location is great. Staff is friendly. Rooms are small but OK for one or two people to stay. The hotel is just one block behind Zeil, the main shopping street of the city which makes it very convenient. Recommended.

The location was great. Beds are tiny. No air conditioner or fans. My passport went missing from the room while we were out for the day and the staff didnt seem to care. Very noisy street and hotel does not look anything like the picture's online.
