overall was a nice hotel only a 5minute walk to messe only complain was the ugly carpet and not having a nice window to see the view! the restaurant was very nice and breakfast was amazing better than what I was expected.

Was here for a business trip and stayed here. Good location within walking distance to university area with lots of shops and restaurants (approximately 10minute walk). The staff was excellent with great service. I arrived a little early and they tried to accommodate an early check in for me for a small fee, but unfortunately my room was not ready. While waiting, for the hour or so, the staff was kind enough to provide some coffee and beverages and also willing to make a small meal even though kitchen had just closed from breakfast. Would stay again for the service and attentivenezs

Not the best reception.
Not the best experience I had. At entrance I gave my information (despite booking through hotels.com). Told them how to invoice them etc. In the morning during checkout they couldn't find my file, almost 25 mins in total only to check out (because they kept putting mine to the end of the queue). I was late to my meeting and stressed. Only one guy at the reception even if there are 5 people waiting in the morning.

Very comfortable stay.
This is a delightful hotel with large, spacious rooms. I was most impressed by the high ceilings in the room and large comfortable bed. Quite from all outside noise, this was a haven on a business trip after many European hotels were lacking - Fleming's was perfect. Attentive and kind staff, helpful with local knowledge, and good breakfast. Also, try the Mexican restaurant next door, it is 100% authentic!

Nice hotel in close proximity to center
We stayed for one night at the hotel. The room was comfortable and very modern with an unusual configuration; i.e. the glass shower in the middle of the room (see picture). The room size was OK for European standards. For travelers from the US it may appear small. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and local information. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Straßenbahnanbindung in die Innenstadt. Sehr freundliches, serviceorientiertes Personal. Frühstück qualitativ sehr gut, mit BIO-Produkten. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, zu groß sollte der Koffer nicht sein. Nahe zur Innenstadt und zur Messe.
