Hotel rooms were clean, amenities present. Restaurant timings and service inconsistent. Staff could be a little more friendly. Far away from shops but overall would come again.

For the price, surprisingly good hotel. Many similarities to a Premier Inn, but at the fraction of the price. Some of the decor isn't great, but they get the basics right, which is crucial. Definitely recommend this, hotel.

Pleasent stay.
Nice size room. Clean and comfortable. Nice, buffet breakfast. Good bar with meal options. Nice view over the Loch linnhe (if you get a front facing room). You can walk into Fort William if you feel like a 1 hour walk. There is a bus but I don't know times/fares. It's best as a base to see other places line Ben Nevis, Glencoe, Oban etc.

Although the hotel is a bit tired it served our needs at a good price. Location is good, not quite close enough to town for walking. Limited menu and stops serving at 8pm. Food was reasonable cost and quality.

Perfect for what i wanted, clean, warm, comfortable, and bonus- a bath! Not a complaint, just to help others, only 2 sockets in room, with kettle and tv already plugged in, so had to keep turning something off to use the socket. I was s solo traveller but with 2 people in room using many gadgets, could be tricky(take a double plug or small excrement lead)

We saw this hotel online and watched the YouTube clip of the drone flying over the Loch filming the hotel, it looked fabulous. Myself and family had planned on missing dinner and having a lovely meal in the restaurant overlooking the water. After travelling from Yorkshire, and all hungry, we arrived, only to be greeted by a rude receptionist, and then told the dining area was all closed for the day (at 5pm on a Sunday) and they only sell bar meals...which was no better than a child's menu...burgers or pizza. The rooms were not very nice...this hotel was no better than a Travelodge or Premier Inn. Don't be fooled by the pretty location.

Despite some of the mixed reviews, my stay here was actually quite decent. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. Nothing fancy, but if you’re just looking for a simple place to rest, it does the job well. Perfect for a budget stay!
