Comfortable beds, clean rooms, spacious, they give Dove brand products if you end up forget your hygiene stuff. Very good breakfast. Sweet staff. No deposit required which is a plus, just a card to hold in case of damage. 5 stars!!

Elevator broke off and on with me on top floor. My refrigerator is too heavy to carry down 3 flights at my age. Very little warm food for breakfast, apple jacks only, orange juice was water flavored. Finally the last day asked for late check out (1pm) and cleaning service kept knocking on door even when we told them late chk out..... said they don't have late check out.

The door to the room is difficult to open and not secure. I checked in and went to room and couldn't open door. the key worked because the green light came on. I kept pushing and turning the handle. Before going back down three floors several times I used my shoulder to open door. after a few tries it opened. a bit later I left and thought door was locked. It was shut but not locked because the door didn't fit. I came back and it was not locked

Everything is clean and has a good breakfast. I stay here a few times a week. The annoying thing is housekeeping knocking on my door before check out time. I have until 11am not 9:45 am. Room 216 needs a new fan in the bathroom, it's very loud and obnoxious.
