**** There will be ongoing building construction at this location between 11/1/2024 – 3/21/2025. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise (grinding, banging), dust, etc. about the property. There will be no heavy noise before 7am or after 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and sliding doors will be secured to prevent opening. There will also be workers present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building. Currently, the west pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/10/2024 to 11/23/2024 and from 12/25/24 to 1/21/25. The east pool is scheduled to be closed from 11/25/24 to 12/6/24 and from 2/14/25 to 3/11/25. ****

Located on the fourth floor, this 3-bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep 10 comfortably.

The kitchen is full stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are all full-sized appliances in the kitchen and small appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, and toaster. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The living room offers multiple seating options to relax in and enjoy the large flat screen TV or the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The couch folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There is also a desk area, where you can set up if you’re working while on vacation. The condo offers wireless internet included with your stay. The condo also has a Washer and Dryer, so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry.
The first guest bedroom features two Double beds, a ceiling fan, and large flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom offers Twin bunk beds. which is great for the kids! The guest bathroom has sink/vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The elegant Master Bedroom will make you never want to go home. The bedroom is spacious and features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The Master bathroom offers a large double vanity and a combination tub/shower.
The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. This private balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters on Okaloosa Island. You are also overlooking the complex pool.
