Total number of guests must be given at time of booking. No additional guests above that number will be permitted without prior approval. No pets & no smoking/vaping of any kind allowed in home and/or anywhere on the property. The above will be verified during stay & penalties for violations will be pursued. No additional fees added by owner like cleaning, utilities, etc. Any additional fees including taxes, booking & service fees are added by booking agent, and we do not get any part of.
