Located 15 mins to downtown Ft Lauderdale (Las Olas area), Ft Lauderdale airport, Hard Rock Cafe, beaches, and Miami. All bedrooms and cabana have smart TV’s with ROKU. Enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard, pool, sunbathing, and screened patio. Enjoy the game room where you can play pool & multiple video games. Take a short walk to Hortt Park and you might get lucky and see our beautiful peacocks that walk throughout the neighborhood. There was a urine stain on guest bed mattress protector. The cabana reeked of mold and mildew. I found actual mold growing on the pillows stored in cabana closet. The pool table is held up with bricks and cardboard. We left after staying one night. Very disappointed!

Wonderful Fort Lauderdale Home
We stayed at Larry’s property over an extended weekend so my daughter and her best friend could go see Taylor Swift in Miami. The house was fantastic, great location, great communication by the host and nice outdoor area with well kept landscape and a lovely pool. Thanks for hosting us!

2 Week Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this cute little home in Ft. Lauderdale for 2 whole weeks! Although the area was extremely crowded and busy, this neighborhood gave a sense of peace and quiet tucked away in the town. From the peacocks roaming the neighborhood, and the lizards walking across our back patio, we had quite the entertainment for those 2 weeks we were there. We really enjoyed the pool and the park nearby, and loved that the other towns/places were very close. We were able to see lots of cities we've never seen before driving that far down into Florida. The little cabana was perfect for us to have our own oasis while the kids stayed inside with Mimi. :) Thank you for hosting us!

Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and everything is so convenient and assessable. My family loved the home and the pool was the highlight of the stay for them . We found a hidden gem right in the the neighborhood where all the boats enter the waterways. We would hear the peacocks but would never see them until our final day leaving we found about 15 of them lounging in a neighbors yard. Also there was this iguana who would come sunbath in the front yard daily. It was a neat experience for the kids. Thanks Larry for be a very attentive host. We will most definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and clean. We were in town for the Tortuga Music Festival it was a short drive to the beach and we loved the pool area to hang out. The check in instructions were extremely thorough and easy to understand. Would definitely come back again.

Very family friendly
My family and i stayed here on a nice little vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone insise the house but the little mother in law house was a nice bonus. The jouse was clean and the pool was very nice. We loved the peacocks right in the front yard. Communication with the manager was easyand he responded quickly.
