This hotel is super clean, the breakfast is great, and the staff is wonderful especially Karla. She is truly an amazing person who goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests have a great experience during their stay. The property itself is beautiful and it comes with a gym and swimming pool which shocked me because the price is the most affordable in the area. It also comes with a huge lobby with plenty seating so you can relax, have a meeting, or enjoy freshly prepared coffee. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale and looking for a great experience without breaking your pockets staying at the la Quinta in plantation is the right choice to make.

Worst hotel I ever stay. At the check in lady at the front desk did not even say welcome. Later on I ask for crib which was promised by the same lady yet never arrived I learned 4 hours later by another more friendly man receptionist that they do not have baby cribs. My husband to sleep extremely uncomfortable little sofa. All sheets were dirty and there were so many hairs and stains in the bed. Apparently we have to go downstairs to get if we want clean sheets for the bed. I saw a housekeeping lady at the 4th floor and asked for a handsoap ( there was none in the room ) which was right in front of my eyes in her HK car yet she refused to give it to me and told me I can get it from reception. I tried to use breakfast the other morning yet there was nothing left I just grabbed a banana and coffee. Overall a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Rooms smelled moldy, we had two double beds. One of them wasn’t even usable as the mattress had ridiculously large and dent in the mattress. As a receipt when checking out several times still have yet to receive it by email..

I have stayed at this hotel for many years, Ms. Dean did her best with what she had, very nice young lady. But I'm very disappointed in the rooms that I was in the 1st room 313 the AC duck is very near the bed and the dust is all in the ceiling so the move me to 322 OMG the bed and pillows need to go in the trash, I felt the springs and the pillows must be more the 10 years old, I would stay on Peters Rd but 6th street and they need some fixing as well. 6th Street was closer to the doctors and mall. very unhappy with the rooms.

The breakfast could be better. The eggs in particular. Everything else was just ok. But the eggs were horrible. Get liquid eggs. Not add water eggs. Charge $5 more per night. It’s worth it. Trust me.

First of all, I was greeted rudely at my arrival by the Receptionist, Christian. I did not get the room that I paid extra for. There was no soap or towels in the room. The room was filthy and dirty. We saw roaches running around due to a lack of cleaning. We are very disappointed.
