The room was okay had been remodeled a while back, but showed age. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. It was centrally located to our activities. There was a constant smell of cigarette smoke in the room although it was a non-smoking room.

Poor hotel for the price.
Average hotel. Room was poor. Very dated and not high standard of cleanliness observed. The second morning we went for breakfast and there was nothing left despite there being a further hour until it closed. No sign of any further food being replenished. A lot of guests were filling bags and plates with food and leaving with them. Not acceptable!

The rooms have seen better days. Ours had a strong chemical smell. The edges of the queen mattress were a couple inches higher than the middle. It felt like sleeping in a taco. On the plus side, the staff were nice.

I came into the hotel and the walls were filthy, the capet was damp and smelt like mold, the entire room smelt like it was drenched in weed smoke. The aroma gave my fiance a terrible headache. I had to clean the room myself and when I addressed the staff, they couldnt care less. I will never stay at another La Quinta for as long as I live.

Our stay at this property was unfortunately very unpleasant. We stayed in this exact location 9 months previously. We brought my service dog and stayed in a very nice room. This time we were all but assaulted due to us having our animal. The manager had to call and personally apologize and ask what she could do to help. She agreed to a full stay refund. So far we have been refunded $75.00 on a four night stay and an early charge of $50 for checking in one hour early Our room was very unsatisfactory. It was not possible to take a shower for more than two minutes, because the water would not drain. We ended up showering (for four days) in various apartments and flats as we moved our grandmother We felt so uncomfortable going into our room every evening - we purposely waited to come back until after dark. I don't know if the staff had a power control issue, if they did not like that my Husband and I displayed symbols of our Jewish faith, if they disliked the fact that we were Man and Man, or if it really was because we were a couple who warned them ahead about our service animal, and that is why we were treated in such a manner. But, stuff, like the manager promising to bring us more pillows, (because we really felt very uncomfortable approaching the front desk, and never went back into the dining hall) - a promise to bring a few extra pillows - that could not be accomplished. So we did not even sleep well, for the short period we stayed in the room. Very negative.

The room was filthy. Walls were covered by “secretions” and I have pictures of it. The bathtub was dirty, looked like the bathroom sink was about to fall (I also took pictures) and they couldn’t even paint the bathroom door properly. This place looked like a dump! The whole hotel looked dirty and looked uncared. The “breakfast” was only sliced bread, bagels and “waffles”. I usually stay in La Quinta hotels and they have buffet… not this one!! Not even the pastry most basic hotels offer. Totally disappointed and dissatisfied.
