Cant wait to never come back!
Please do not spend your money with this company. The way they treated us was absolutely unacceptable and we had to consider taking legal action with harassment charges. I literally cried myself to sleep after talking with them. Thats how horrific they are. I had to get vrbo involved to get them to stop. I could write an essay on the disaster of this experience but to make this review consice and relevant, the top 3 words I would use to explain this experience and this stay would be 1) dirty 2) expensive 3) disrespectful/bad service

First off, loved the location, the resort and the room. Now for the negative. Apparently VRBO won't allow complaints about extra charges when you get there. Just be aware that there are some. And Kiss the "incidentals" charge that you'll be told will be refunded goodbye.

Great location…..
Studio small apartment. Location 5 stars, just a block from the beach, the boardwalk and walking distance to many great restaurants and life music. Cleanliness 5 stars. River partial view and not direct view. Only issue was not having a handicap shower so I’d be cautious to bring your elderly parents.

This place was beautiful and the beach is at the wand of the street. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the rooftop has some beautiful views. The rooftop pool was one of our favorites!
