Not coming back
Checked in for one night before our Princess cruise trip. The facility outside is clean and comfortable. However things went downhill from here. We arrived later at 8pm but we were informed our booked room is not available for another 2 hours. Rather than waiting we decided to go to the room available. But the room is not in good shape: Coffee machine is unplugged, needed to call service to move the heavy table to plug it in. Water bottle and cup is missing The washer sink is clogged and drain very slowly. The shower handle is extremely hard to pull open and hard to push close. The shampoo conditioner bottle is empty. The other missed this hotel has is The one of the parking gate is not working While we seated outside the bar patio, we went to the front desk asked for the outside fireplace to be turned on, the front desk said they will send someone but no one showed up. We will not be back and not recommending this hotel.

I always stay here after my Keys dive vaca because it has great parking and the pool/beach skywalk makes it easy to hit the surf and lounge by the pool all in one shot!! Plus it's close to Las Olas blvd attractions.

The Worst hotel
With years of traveling this is the worst hotel (low budget or high end ) hotel I've stayed in. I won't stay here even if they pay me- low water pressure, wrong bed ( double instead of king), checked in for 4pm room not ready till 5:30 gave us 2 water bottles and a cookie for our inconvenience- pathetic place. i could have slept in my rental care and be comfortable.
