What?
There was no notification that I would in the middle of a construction project when I booked. There was constant noise and dust. If cleanliness is a concern for you, this may not be your place. The staff seem simply lost, avoiding eyes contact, not greeting customer.

Clean, comfy stay. Kind staff members. Basic items for purchase on site. Reliable wifi. However, no hot breakfast. No breakfast at all included. Only packaged muffins and snacks available for purchase. Plenty of restaurants and a gas station within walking distance.

The suite I booked was a king, but the bed definitely wasn’t a king it was a queen. Hallways smell like pee, probably because it’s a pet friendly hotel. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were comfy. The staff were ok I guess. They weren’t rude but weren’t really helpful either.

I have stayed at this property several times and the staff is great. This time however a mistake was made where I gave them a different credit card to use at the front desk from the card that I reserved with and it did not change over to the new card. I called them a day later and they said they could not fix it and it messed up my checking account which was what I was trying to avoid with a different card. There should be a way to fix mistakes like this.

Reserved a room with king bed. At check in they pulled the bait and switch. Said that they didn't have a king bed so I would have to take a queen bed instead. Didn't offer a lower price consideration. In the room, the toilet didn't work properly. Was told couldn't change rooms but would send maintenance to repair. Left room for a few hours. Upon return toilet wasn't repaired. Desk clerk couldn't make change for a $5 bill. Walls all chipped up and carpet worn out. Room dirty and smelled bad. No complimentary breakfast. Should have stayed at the Holiday Inn instead.
