Check in was fine. Desk clerk was most helpful. Overall hotel property is old and not in very good condition. There was no t v remote in room. Telephone did not work. Housekeeping started to clean room before we checked out. We still had personal items in the room. I was furious.

If you like cockroaches for breakfast and dial-up quality internet, this is the place for you. Hallways were stained. Oh, and the open rooms blare Fox News and other hate tv. Plus, it was an event weekend, so I paid 2x the normal price. Never stayed in a Microtel before and won't ever again. In short: Book anywhere else. You've been warned.

We walked in, and left. This property is terrible. The room smelled awfully of mildew. The amount of mold underneath the sink was fierce. Don’t book here. The photos on Expedia are NOT the same as the property itself

When we came in the room had a funny smell to it. The carpet where the ac was located was mostly wet. Our tv did not work. Some of the carpet was ripped.

The hotel is cheap and not clean. The Wi-Fi is the cheapest and slowest in the world. The breakfast is cheap not good. It is not worth it for the money,,,Stay away.

The whole hotel smelled of smoke including my room. It made me nauseous. They updated the hotel recently but it was done on the cheap. My bathroom door was a mismatch and wouldn't even close. The shower rod was falling down and there were holes in the walls and wires hanging from the TV. Whatever TV system they used was horrible

Liked it's closer to the places we went. First day, our room and the hallway smelled. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted, it had a foul smell coming out of it. The carpet was torn, some outlers didn't work, the room was dim, hard to see anything. Second day, moved to another room, much better, but no comparison to other hotels we've been to. Breakfast need to upgrade to more choices, like fruits, more protein, like bacon, sausages & more eggs. The staff, except for one or two, appeared not happy, they barely say hello or good afternoon, it seems they were unhappy about their jobs. No one greeted us when we came in, didn't make you feel you're welcome. Staff need to be dressed properly, and they have no name badges to identify them. The location of this hotel was good, but the building, food and staff need a lot of improvement. I've traveled a lot, this place ranked the lowest in my encounters with the staff, food and the building. I hope this survey will help improve in these areas. Thank you. Dennis Bartolome

The pictures on the website are not an accurate representation of the condition of this hotel. I am sure they show what it was supposed to look like after renovations but it is bad. It smells very bad in most areas. We had an uncompleted renovated room and bathroom. With broken light shades and outlets. And a steady stream of Ants crawling up the bed and nightstand.

I wouldn’t book again.
The people there were super nice and attentive! I can’t say enough about how courteous they were! But our room was in quite a bit of disrepair, which we reported at check out. Seemed like a lot of long term renters and the place kind of smelled like weed. Super cheap and a great room set up (double queen suite) it just wasn’t up to par as far as cleanliness.

The biggest negative for this unit was the smell. It smelled like smoke and/or weed throughout the hotel. It reminded me a many years ago when you could smoke in restaraunts and hotels. It is also just old and not well maintained. My toilet was broken, and they knew it, because one of the parts was laying on top of the toilet lid. This hotel was very cheap in price, but for a reason. I needed a place to sleep for 5 hours to catch a flight so I went with cheap - and got what I paid for.

Terrible hotel. 1. Arrived at 7:30pm, room still had old sherts on bed, used towels, etc. was not cleaned for our arrival 2. Room humid with old smoke odor 3. Hallways smelled of smoke 4. Toilet in our room was not secured (maintenance fixed it after we i formed) 5. Carpets dirty 6. Very minimal breakfast choices. Less then a continental breakfast.

We just missed the shuttle driver, waited an hr then had to wait for other people. When we got there their computer system was down and the lobby was hot. The woman said she knew our room, we went there and it was dirty, bed was unmade, clothes balled up on the dresser. Waited another 30 min, still down, and she said she wasn't even able to give us late checkout, so we ended up going next door, paying more for our room, and no shuttle so had to pay for a car to go back to the airport. The woman was nice, and frustrated I'm sure, but we were exhausted and didn't have much time.

Don't Book! Front desk personnel was nice however hotel and rooms are Not like the pictures, very outdated and falling apart, broken doors, stinks like smoke and pot, mold, dirty walls no smoke alarm, room parts held with duck tape. we had originally booked for 2 nights based on the pictures but canceled 2nd night due to the state of the hotel and room. We arrived around midnight on the 1st night and couldn't find availability in other hotels near by so we had to stay the 1st night here but left 1st thing in the morning. Very disappointed!
