This is a very charming apt. Great location - close to a supermarket, restaurants, and shopping.
Cleanliness: Overall everything was fresh and clean with the exception of the washing machine. When I opened it up to use it, it was very wet and had a pair of someone else's wet socks in there. It smelled so bad that I couldn't bring myself to wash our clothes in it. I did make the management aware of this situation, and hopefully they've addressed the issue for future guests.
During our stay, we had issues with the toilet frequently not flushing and the shower would back up to our ankles when we used it. I contacted management about these things and they were very quick to communicate and offered to send the handyman to fix the problems, which we appreciated. Afterwards, the toilet flushed again but only temporarily. However, the shower still did not drain properly.
Accuracy of listing: It says there is an oven. There is an induction stove top, but no oven. It also says that there is a coffee maker. This is not entirely accurate. There is a stovetop espresso maker, however it is not compatible with the induction stove top and therefore useless. There were also many pots and pans available, but most of them were useless bc they were not induction compatible.
Another point I feel the need to point out: The person who checked us in was trying to tell us not to use the AC. We did not appreciate this bc AC is the main reason we selected this apt.
