Lovely aside from transportation options
The employees were all very helpful and lovely people, the breakfast was good, the restaurant was very nice, I loved the room, and the Wi-Fi worked. The only issues I had were the very low lighting, the Wi-Fi wasn't secure so my laptop wouldn't load any pages for security reasons, and the location was rough. Getting into Florence was a 13 minute walk on a busy road with no sidewalks to get to the bus. It was terrifying. I would not recommend people with disabilities to stay here if they needed the public transportation, there simply isn't a safe route. I think the hotel could benefit from trying to arrange a shuttle service that picks up and drops off at the hotel. Other than that, this was an incredible stay for the price.

Hotel is outdated. No internet in room, only in public area. Limited tv channels. Geared towards large bus tours. I was a solo travelor. I had breakfast but there was no where to sit because all tables labeled for tours. I was moved twice and then told to sit at a small table where another women was using the only chair. Only one coffee machine for over 100 people. I would have rather slept in my rental car.

The location is out of the way. Unless you are there with a tour group Stay closer to Florence center. The pool was closed. Under construction won’t be open until next year. Tv is old and doesn’t get a lot of channels.

Conference Florentina hotel
Conference florentina is a delightfully comfortable hotel. Very comfortable and good sized rooms and bathrooms. Located a bit on the outskirts but offering fabulous views of Tuscany. Duomo is about 20mins away by taxi. But the surroundings and the view more than make up for the distance. The reception calls for a taxi for you. Breakfast spread was good. Offering croissants and cheese. Eggs, cold cuts, fruits, fruit juices, coffee, milk, tea in variety of flavours. Restaurant is big and spacious. Windows ate surrounded by greenery and trees. Breakfast experience was very enjoyable and staff efficient and friendly. Hotel has 3 lifts to take you to your rooms. Each floor had a vending machine for water and other drinks. We found that extremely convenient. As the hotel is on the outskirts it cuts travel time for the tours and 1 day trips around Tuscany. Tourist buses offer pick ups from this hotel. There is a fabulous outlet mall around half hour away. We spent 7 nights in this hotel and felt sorry leaving. Hotel gives you a sense of space with its opened as. The spacious comfortable rooms don't give you a chance to feel cramped. And the view around is worth everything. So you can enjoy Florence totally here.
