Welcome to Harbor House, located in the heart of Ephraim, Wisconsin!

Ephraim, with its sparkling harbor and picturesque landscape, is undoubtedly the crown jewel of Door County's bayside villages. That's where you'll find our restored 5-bedroom house, located on a quiet street at 9801 Brookside Lane.

The Harbor House has a large screened-in front porch, living room, dining room with seating for 12, kitchen, 2 full baths, and 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms, each with a queen mattress), one bedroom with three twin beds (bunk beds and a separate twin bed), one bedroom with a set of twin beds & one lofted twin bed (above the laundry area).

For your convenience, all beds have pillows, bedspreads, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and mattress pads. Bath towels are also provided.

Harbor House features a 32" flat screen SmartTV as well as hi-speed WiFi. We provide a Weber charcoal grill, an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs as well as 4 kayaks for our guests to use. For those traveling with small children, a pack-and-play crib and highchair are available.

Parking is provided for up to 3 cars. For groups that have a large number of people, consider booking both the 5 bedroom house and our 2-bedroom Harbor House Guest Cottage located toward the back of our property (listing number 982888).

We are conveniently located approximately two blocks from the Ephraim public beach.

Our family loves all that Door County and Ephraim has to offer. We hope you'll make the Harbor House a part of your next visit to the peninsula!

Classic Door County Charm, Ideal Location
Love this house! Cozy, clean, and lots of Door County charm with the large, enclosed front porch. (The porch would be ideal for a family game night in the summer with its tables and porch swing.) We had a nice time at the fire pit surrounded by plenty of Adirondack chairs for our group. (Bring your own firewood.) Even saw beautiful northern lights from the beach a couple of blocks away, and heard coyotes yipping and howling in the wooded area to the west. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

House was comfortable with a very nice porch. Plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Nice firepit area for a group to enjoy (we didn't have the time to use it). The walk to the lake was only about a block away. The owners contacted us to check that all was ok when we checked in and again to ask if we had any check out questions. Highly recommend this rental.

We were a group of 73 year old women getting together here after our 55 year class reunion in Green Bay. There were 9 and all were comfortable with sleeping arrangements. Great location, walking distance to shore, where we were pretty lucky to see the northern lights. We had one little glitch with internet and was quickly taken care of with Randy. DC Family Reunion
We were in town for a family reunion and brought our kids. Their were 7 of us and the house was perfect with room for extras. The communication was great with Randy and the house had everything we needed and was spotless. The screened front porch was our favorite area and we hung out there often. We bbq'd on the Weber one evening and hung out around the fire pit and we also cooked a large breakfast and all needed supplies were there. I would highly recommend this house and we will be back our next visit.

Charming Ephraim vacation house
Harbor House is the perfect Ephraim getaway! Everything about it was perfect. Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, it provides everything we needed for a family reunion. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and the dining table is huge for family gatherings. A highlight of our stay was gathering around the firepit on a chilly night watching the stars come out. The owners, Randy and Elizabeth, were so kind and welcoming. The property is beautiful and in prime location for Ephraim. Just a short walk to the lake public beach, shops and Good Eggs (breakfast burrito shop on the corner). Super fun weekend!
We met in Ephraim to enjoy a girls wedding with 3 generations of women. We celebrated an upcoming wedding and Harbor House was a perfect fit for our group. The location is right in the middle of everything. We did a trolley tour and spent the rest of the time relaxing at the house. We made all our meals there and loved the big tables to sit together. I highly recommend!

We met our daughter at this great house to celebrate her 21st birthday. There were 8 of us but the place would comfortably sleep 10 guests. The location was perfect for traveling up and down the shoreline area. The house was well stocked with the essentials and it was very cozy and inviting. This was a quaint cottage that met our needs! The home was well appointed with everything from towels, linens, coffee maker, and more!
