"We stayed at Yotel before and after our cruise and our reservations were for First Class. Pros - very clean and modern rooms, inspiring lighting options, quiet, nice views with window coverings, great wifi and TV channel choices. - no plumbing or availability of hot water issues whatsoever. - slick and quick elevators - awesome breakfasts, fantastic coffee - very pleasant and gracious employees - very walkable to BIg Bus stops at Bayside Market including Everglades and Princess Island Boat tours (primary reason we chose Yotel). Cons - a bit pricey as we didn’t use any of the services involved in the 35/day resort fee charge. - no facecloths or face towels in rooms, both times had to request. - scant options for placement of luggage in rooms (no closets, one small rack). - mattresses were a little frumpy (however ability to elevate head area was nice). Overall the pros outweighed the cons and our stay at Yotel definitely added to a very enjoyable visit of Miami. "
