Das Objekt ist im grossen und ganzen ok. Zu bemängeln ist das die Matratzen unter aller Sau sind.Obwohl wir sie gedreht haben wurde es nicht besser.Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist,wegen Rückenschmerzen. Negativ zu bewerten ist noch dass es kein wlan gibt.Der Telefon empfang ist gleich null.

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für 1-4 Personen
Die Abwicklung der Ferienwohnung von Buchung bis Schlüsselübergabe und späterer Abreise sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Ferienwohnung sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Einzige was fehlte, worauf ich aber selbst bei der Buchung nicht geachtet habe, ist W-Lan. Wir hatten volle 2 Wochen keinen Internet Empfang. Telefonieren war nur vom Balkon aus möglich. Sonst ist die Wohnung Top und die Lage sowiso, super schön. Die Wohnung hat ihre Lage zum "Innenhof" dafür heizt sie sich in den Sommermonaten nicht so sehr auf.

Im Großen und Ganzen ganz ok
Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Für bis zu 4 Leuten auch gut ausreichend. Luxus einer Tiefgarage! Allerdings sollte man dort dann auch seine Wassersportutensilien lagern dürfen. Und in der heutigen Zeit kein WLAN in der Wohnung zu haben ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Gerade dann, wenn man in der Wohnung auch nicht mal gescheit LTE empfangen kann. Für den Preis für die Endreinigung, denke ich, dass man da etwas mehr erwarten kann. Terrasse und Möbel draußen nicht gereinigt. Überall Spinnweben und hinterm Sofa wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht. Das Bett musste mit Taschentüchern gegen das quietschen und knarren bearbeitet werden. Sollte man eventuell über einen Neuanschaffung mal nachdenken.

Nicht empfehlenswert für Familien
Leider war die Beschreibung der Wohnung nicht korrekt.Anstelle von zwei Schlafzimmern gab es nur eins und eine Schlafcouch! Das es kein WLAN gab wäre völlig in Ordnung gewesen,jedoch hatte man innerhalb der Wohnung auch keinen Handyempfang.In der Nacht gab es ziemlich laute Geräusche,vermutlich von Heizungsrohren,sodass es schwer viel zu schlafen!Der Balkon liegt leider völlig im Schatten und man hat keine Sonne! Für zwei Personen ok,für mehr allerdings nicht! Reise wurde 3 Tage eher abgebrochen.

Schöne Wohnung
Es ist eine schöne kleine Wohnung. Leider gab es kein WLAN und der Balkon hatte keine Sonne. Die Lage war klasse, direkt am Hafen, um die Ecke herum ein tolles griechisches Restaurant.

Leider keine korrekte Beschreibung
Leider war die Beschreibung des Objektes nicht richtig. In der Anzeige waren zwei Schlafzimmer angegeben,tatsächlich ist es ein Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. Außerdem war im Inserat die Bettwäsche inklusive,dies stelle sich aber als falsch raus. Die Leute vor Ort,die die Wohnung übergeben und sauber machen,waren leider relativ unfreundlich. Wir hatten etwas vergessen und wollten 10.10 Uhr nochmal in der Wohnung nachgucken. Wir wurden zwar rein gelassen,aber sehr unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen,dass wir um 10 Uhr die Wohnung zu verlassen hätten ( was wir auch getan haben,nur etwas teures vermisst und deswegen wollten wir nochmal rein) . Wir konnten auf Grund der Freundlichkeit leider nicht richtig suchen .

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral in Orth gelegen, der Autostellplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Die Austattung der Wohnung ist einwandfrei, es ist alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolle Wohnung, netter Kontakt
Eine gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnung, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Tolle Lage der Wohnung mit 1A Balkon. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Gegen Gebühr konnten wir auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausleihen. Der Hafen ist ein Traum, zum Strand sollte man sich einen Schattenspender mitnehmen, wenn man der Sonne etwas entfliehen möchte.
