Property was beautiful, most of all staff was friendly and/or helpful. I wish they would have had the pool open longer, pool closed early every day. The WiFi was horrible though, it mainly only worked in the main lobby area. Food and drinks were good, beach was kept clean and was beautiful.

The hotel had a lot of activities and staff was super friendly. Customer service was good we were well taken care of. The buffet dining room needs more organization, too crowded and wait times in line to get food is way too long.

Our stay at Riu Palace was perfect! The property is beautiful and very well kept! There was always lots of workers working diligently to keep the property pristine. The nightly entertainment was top notch!! The entertainers gave Las Vegas level entertainment nightly and offered fun games for everyone during the day! I can go on & on. We will revisit! We have no regrets! The beach was beautiful and relaxing. My only recommendation is, make sure you have water shoes if you’re getting in the water ( beach). The food was unreal. The pools are beautiful!!

I had a nice time the ppl was very nice and clean made me feel welcomed what i didn't like is the driver system they wanted to much to see the city or even get real food they change too much so i had no choice but to stay on the resort or use a tour the hotel was offering 🙂 but for the most part i had a great time

The pools are small relative to the number of guests the hotel can accomodate so the pools were crowded and not enjoyable.

This property looks lovely and clean, rooms and such. Only pool side grill Buffett area was unkept very messy needs to be wiped up this is not appetizing seeing the mess.Jerk chicken and rice and peas was meh. I took off a couple stars because of the food, the terrible faulty app they want you to use to book reservations was always an issue. The only restaurant that was worth going to was the steakhouse the others not very good. The buffet was decent, somethings good some not. The beach is nice but you can't go out much into the water due to jagged rocks in the water that almost cut our feet. Entertainment is great I enjoyed most of the shows but would be nice if they had a night club. One morning we woke up to no water when we tried to shower but it was resolved quickly within 15 minutes. Also steam room and and hot tub was not working when we tried to go one day. Back to the restaurants they seem to be overly strict with reservations. We had trouble with the app so tried to go anyway if they had availability. There were several empty spots and they gave such push pack until I asked for person in charge twice and she eventually accommodated us. Staff was overall friendly.

I am a Jamaican taking my American wife to Jamaica for the first time I was so pleased, I didn’t even have to take her outside to try any food the food was amazing, and the entertainment was thru the roof, I will definitely visit that hotel again

I booked a king size room for me and My Husband when we got to the hotel, they told us that they had no king size bed So we had to take a double which I refuse so I asked to speak to a manager after speaking to a manager. We finally got one that was not cleaned until after 3:40 PM when check-in is at 3 PM. There is no signs from the main street to tell you where the hotel is located so a lot of the guest always pass the entrance ending up in Ochi Rios. Every night they have the Afterparty by the beach pool and the music is loud so you cannot get good sleep till after 1 o’clock.
