Nightmare-Currently this hotel is not fit for guests during the transition. I was not going to post this but I left Sunday and still do not believe I am checked out on their end. The front desk was all new people and Management was all on vacation.
The bride was told we could check in early so I called on my way around 2 to see if my room was ready. I was rudely told that check in was at 3. When I arrived around 2:30 she had no intentions of letting us in until 3 regardless of whether our rooms were ready. That lady left at 3 and the young man/lady checking us in couldn’t find any of our rooms nor my reservation. Our rehearsal dinner was at 4 and we were still trying to get our rooms at 3:30-3:45. We were going to switch hotels but the bride was made promises for the guests that made us stay, plus we got back late.
I talked to the front desk after the rehearsal and he was surprised I was in room 303 because I hadn’t been checked in on his end.
The shower in 303 sounds like a crying cat unless you get it in the perfect position and the air conditioner sounds like a plane taking off like a prior review stated.
Check out- The same lady from check in could not check me out without calling management. I told the lady I was staying until we had it settled and I had a receipt. The second person she called said they couldn’t check me out until someone else took care of it and I’d get a call in an hour. Called corporate and still have not heard back.
