I was very impressed with the room. Very spacious and everything I could have wanted. Next to a beautiful lake!! BUT, my room reeked of cigarette smoke. I wanted to go demand another room but it was super late and my daughter was embarrassed. We roughed it out and fell asleep. I didn’t take toiletries…and their provided bottles were empty.

Property was in a safe location and the desk clerks were all nice and friendly. The room looked like it was half way cleaned. There was stains on two of the couch cushions, the breakfast in the morning was mid but constantly waiting on food to be brought out or coffee refilled, the last two days the waffle machine was broken. The hot tub was completely drained and fenced off and the pool had so much chlorine in it that my husband and I's eyes burned and stung horribly we ended up having to cut the kids swimming short. The bed wasn't comfortable there was no slip mat in the tub and my youngest slipped and hit her head while trying to shower. We ended up purchasing one at Walmart the next day. Overall we won't be back to this location.

The room had clean sheets and bathrooms but everything else in it was gross. The floors weren’t clean, the carpet near the sink was constantly wet from a leak. The windows had lots of bugs and dead bug shells. The stove and broken coffee maker had crusty things on them. The mirrors weren’t cleaned. The couches had nasty stains on them. The cabinets had greasy fingerprints. So disappointing and the pool looked like it had mold around it on the surrounding cement.

Comfortable stay
Very nicely located, friendly staff, nice suite and breakfast options were good. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi was out of service and we didn't know that until we got there so we can were disappointed.
