"If I can give any advisor please DONT read the bad reviews! They kept me up for 2 days after booking! For no reason! I cannot recommend this place more! My family & I had the most amazing time. The staff, the food, the grounds, transportation, rooms everything about this place was amazing! It’s a true relaxing getaway on island time and it’s just what the DR ordered! Thank you Westin for making our lil 5 day getaway perfect!!!!! You all rock!!!!!!!! Xo "

"This is an older hotel with magnificient views of the harbor. There have been some upgrades done to the rooms though more are needed which they are working on. The restaurant is closed to the public but is available for bar and light food certain nights for hotel guests. Be aware there are many stairs and not a good place for anyone with stability or walking issues. Breakfast is included which is convenient but more variety would be nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay there especially the views and sunsets from the room balcony. "

"The Pink Palm is great. The staff are welcoming -even better, the attentiveness does not stop at check in. Several more appropriately spaced text messages informed me of check in, emergency after desk hour contact information, and checking on us before check out. The plan of the property is impressive. Each room has its own little sense of privacy. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are well appointed. Bed is comfy. It was perfect. A 5 minute walk doe hill to main st. 12 minute to ferry to other islands. Porters help with bags up and down the labyrinth of steps in the property."

"The house was perfect. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen items if you wanted to cook inside instead of going out. Also had some items for the beach as well. This was my first time to the island and I didn’t know what to expect but I was glad to see that the cottage was up above in the mountain roads and not downtown. "
