It was adequate. The table/desk looked like it had a stain. Blood/red fruit? I chose to belive it was from a red food item. So, basic decor. Basic bedding. It was suitable and it was clean other then the stain.

Hotel was ok. I main booked because i wanted to relax in the hot tub before bed and it was not hot. More like a warm bath. We were only in town for the night for my sons hockey game so just wanted to relax. Hotel was good and quiet and breakfast was good.

I was a bit disappointed because I had requested an accessible room. Expecting either a tub cut or walk-in shower, I was disappointed that it had neither. When I asked the rep. at the desk at check-out about it, she simply replied that it is an accessible room.

Christmas shopping
The hotel was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Rooms were clean (pillows are not comfortable). Breakfast was good. Overall it was a good stay the only two negatives would be the parking lot being inadequate for the number of guests and the overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallways and lobby. We have stayed here before and would stay here again.

The hotel staff went above and beyond for myself and my significant other. We arrived and the first night had screaming kids above us so they moved us. Then we were hit with a snowstorm and the plow trucks weee nowhere to be found to plow the parking lot, however, one of the front desk attendants father was so wonderful helping everyone dug out!! If it wasn’t for the plow issues I would most certainly give 5 STAR REVIEW AND WILL DEF BE RETURNING AS THIS IS MY NEW HOTEL OF CHOICE! :)))
