This stunning, dog friendly home, nestled in the heart of Ephraim, offers breathtaking views of Peninsula State Park, Eagle Harbor, and the serene waters of Green Bay. Guests will also appreciate the peaceful 2 acres of yard surrounding the home.

With four bedrooms and 2.5 baths, The Cliff House comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. Guests will love the two spacious living areas, each equipped with comfortable seating, Smart TVs as well as a gas fireplace in the main living room.

Guests will be taken aback by the views throughout the interior of the home, but the outdoor decks and yard will enable full enjoyment. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing at night, the deck provides a private, peaceful setting to unwind. The home is located within walking distance to Ephraim, enabling guest to walk into down for dining, shopping and all the adventures that await.

We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/ per night, collected separately and approximately one week before your check-in date.

Please note this property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor inside and outside the home. Please do not remove or tamper with the devices.

*This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
• A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
• PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).
