Stay with ocean view was great as always! But unfortunately my flat iron to straighten my hair was stolen!! Which is weird because we had more valuable electronics in the room, but this mysteriously went missing second day of five day stay I called the front desk and they said they would ask the housekeeper and asked me to make sure to look for the iron around the room (which I made sure to do before I called). I received a call back saying no one of course admitted to taking it, to which I responded, It must have just disappeared then. The attendant then responded, I couldn’t tell you what the reason could have been. Very unfortunate that the hotel would take something like this so lightly. We have stayed at this hotel several times before as we have family we visit in Ensenada every other year and we had never had this issue. The hotel is usually a safe, clean and beautiful location.

el mejor hotel de Ensenada
el lugar es magnífico para una escapada romántica o en familia. Dentro hay restaurante y a los alrededores muchas opciones para salir y conocer la gastronomía de la Baja. Es el hotel favorito de mi familia en Ensenada.
