The bathrooms need a major update, including comfort height toilets and walk-in showers. It is difficult and somewhat dangerous to get in and out of the current tub. The living area in the suites is nicely sized, but needs new and more furniture.

We were in Elk River for a family event. The hotel was clean, the receptionist friendly, and the hostess in the dining room accomadating. She constantly checked to make sure that there was sufficient food items available. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great! The room unfortunately smelled old and musty. The elevator was in the same condition. Thr building needs updates, but the towels and bedding were clean. The AC unit was loud and may have also contributed to the musty smell. I ended up hanging tag bags all around the room, and over the vents to mask the smell - LOL.
