Just very disappointing!!
So the bathroom sink was not draining well at all. The shower had tons of mold around it. No water pressure. The bed had no fitted sheet on it and no mattress cover. I didn’t like that at all!!! Asked and probably paid extra over a month in advance for a ballpark view and king size bed but got neither reason for ballpark view was because wanted to watch the 2nd night game from the room because only went to the 1st night game. They took $100 out off my card but told me it was in my account still but it wasn’t. Sooo disappointed!!!

Very nice place to stay. We had a nice view of the ball park. it is near the Arch and some great restaurants! I loved that it was in a such clean area and had quite a bit of sculptures in the nearby area.

The staff was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the best part is it’s less than a half a block from Busch Stadium. Might be a little pricey but we enjoyed the stay and will stay here again in the future.

Parking here is not free with the hotel stay. Rooms are at least 300.00 if not more a room but you have to pay 42.00 to park. Then you leave parking lot to go site seeing and dinner come back and have to park even further away from hotel but still paying 42.00. Its not right.

The building exterior is very industrial but the interior is just about the typical Westin loo. It is located adjacent to the Cardinals baseball stadium but the area is very quiet which is very refreshing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and they strive to provide the service I have come to expect at the Westin. I did note all Westins are not created equal so some simple amenities were missing; for example no bath mats were available, so I had to use a towel to stand on when exiting the shower. I prefer not to use the same towel I use to dry with to place on the floor. I noted a safety issue in the room which I reported and expect it will be fixed so no one gets injured. The lighting down the hallways on the occupied floors should be a little brighter as the hallways can be a long spooky walk from the elevator to the room depending. on your room location. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly so I did enjoy my stay and would do so again.
