The hotel & room seemed clean, but woke to a spider in the bed. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was ok. The water pressure in the shower is awful, though. Overall not the worst experience but I’m not sure I’d recommend.

When we checked in, we were given a key to a room but the room had not yet been serviced. We were reassigned to a second room with insufficient towels and no shampoo. We requested towels 3 times in a 9 hour period and did not receive them. We had to request them AGAIN!

Sorry, No More Chances.
We have stayed here very often in the past few years and have had our share of problems. This is not a new hotel but they have been trying to upgrade the facility and have done what I thing is a great job! The staff for the most part is great, very helpful and courteous. In the 7 days we stayed here this trip our room was never cleaned, 2 of those days we were in the room and 1 day they came in left 1 set of towels threw out the garbage and that was it. Nothing for the rest of the time. We addressed this with the front desk, they told us that we would be contacted by someone, that didn't happen. Room cleaning services have been an ongoing problem here for the many times (6 or 7) that we have stayed here. I like the staff here but that's it for my wife, she now refuses to stay here again. With the issues we've dealt with here I have never asked for a refund or rate reduction. We just require that our room which we are paying a lot of money for be in a clean and orderly fashion like we keep our own home.

Checked in at 3am due to a long road trip, the room we were assigned to was dirty! It literally looked like someone was just in the bed, I thought we walked into the wrong room. The bed wasn’t made and all the drawers were pulled out and there wasn’t any toilet paper. It definitely wasn’t a room that had been cleaned. The front desk staff gave us another room but was hesitant. The stay was pretty average. The coffee and donuts by the front desk were covered with flies, the shower wasn’t clean and if it wasn’t for a last minute trip I would have definitely booked somewhere else.

The hotel looked like it was housing people. There is no pool, gym, etc. The area is very industrial. Property looked liked it was being renovated there were signs in the floor, boxes in the entrance, no chairs in the lobby.

Renovations will bring it back to how it should be
We booked this hotel last minute and due to so many events happening during this time there were not a lot to choose from. It looked nice and the reviews were favorable so I thought I would take a chance. Unfortunately, they were in the middle of a much needed renovation during our stay. Once everything is updated I’m sure things will be much better. It’s just a tired hotel that I’m sure has seen groups of happy guests sharing its space. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Once things are cleaned up and updated I would give it another chance for sure as the staff makes you feel most welcome.

This property is under construction, and it is a family residence. kids running in the hallways, never got clean towels, walls in the room dirty with juice and carpets stained with juice spots.

Place was on constructions, however nobody never let's know about it, wood,nails and others things around,room full of ants 🐜 all over ,tell the people about it,which never didn't absolutely nothing, didn't even check the problem, it wasn't so good the stay,we ended up making a reservation somewhere else..
