Very well appointed rooms and bathrooms. Nice views from 5th floor. Front desk staff (Archie) exceptional. Any request (xtra coffee, etc) immediately filled. Our room had no fridge, we asked for one, 20 minutes later it was installed. It’s like nothing was too much to ask. Very impressed

We stayed at the hotel for one night as we were going to St Giles Cathedral for a candlelit concert and the trains were on strike so it would’ve taken a long time to get home. Great room, nice view, and small but tranquil swimming pool that we swam in on arrival and before breakfast the next day. Very relaxing ☺️

I loved my stay at the Radisson Blu. Rooms were clean and well equipped. The best part of the hotel is the front desk staff. Each member took the time to help us with our stay , from helping to decide on a whiskey to bring home, to guiding us to the local area everyone we interacted with was great! The neighborhood is perfect and near all sites or transportation to them!

The location was right on the Royal Mile close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is within walking distance to the Waverly train station and other transportation out of the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. The security was good as well.

Upon entering the hotel by the Manager , who was quite rude. We are very excited to come to the city and speak greeted poorly was quite sad. The rooms were average, And the Bathroom was tiny. Clean beds great bedding we luckily were at a room that turned inside facing other rooms so it was quiet. The breakfast area was standard self-serve. The other staff at the hotel were lovely, but the manager, as I said before was miserable, we will never be staying at this Radisson again, and I have stayed across the world .
