"My friends and I rented this house due to it's proximity to the Texas Renaissance Festival and it's ability to give everyone in the group their own private sleeping spaces. It was easy to find and close to many of the necessities we needed, like restaurants, grocery stores, the bank, and gas stations. The neighborhood was quiet, and the property is well maintained. The house is decorated minimally, but very still very nice. There was enough seating for us all to hang out in the living room after a long day out at the festival. There was hot water enough for all of us to shower. The beds were comfortable. It was a really nice stay. Thanks for providing a wonderful house in a great location for us to stay at!"

"The reason we were so surprised is because of the neighborhood we went into versus the price we paid for the VRBO. Due to the price being so cheap we were under the assumption. The neighborhood wasn’t going to be as pleasant as it was. The home itself was very, very clean and anything and everything you needed was there utensil wise. very roomy with a gazebo in the backyard that’s covered so you don’t have to worry about flies. Definitely recommend this spot and anytime we go to Magnolia. This is where we’re going to be staying."

"Sophie’s place was as described and the pictures were spot on. The sheep were wonderful and we even had a couple of party ponies pay us a visit. The pool was wonderful and kids loved it. The place was clean and inviting, we would definitely stay here again."
