"There are so many positives about this property and no negatives. First, I have to say that this was my first experience doing a BnB and I'm afraid that I'm now totally spoiled. Whereas the other guests with me were old hands at this, they were also thoroughly impressed with the accommodations. Cleanliness was top-notch. As a BnB, it was well-stocked for breakfast, which I was totally astounded by. Because all three of us were working the Texas Renaissance Festival, we didn't get to enjoy the wonderful neighborhood as much as we would have liked, but the time we were there was completely relaxing and made the work more enjoyable. The "cherry on top" of all this was the expeditious communication with the hosts/owners. Whenever we had a question, the Theobalds were there to give assistance. We were there for eight weekends, so, we had a question or two, but the response was almost instantaneous. If the stars come together and allow it again, we will be there again next year."
