The ladies at the front desk were kind while checking in and out. The room was cleaned nicely, the pillows were not great, I would bring my own next time, but would stay here again.

Be ware!!!
Front desk staff would not accommodate my request for an upgrade to a king suite even though there was a king room available and I was willing to pay the upgrade fee. The staff didn’t seem to know how to process that type of transaction. Not trained properly. Also, the physical plant is worn out and out dated. I am glad my wife did not make that trip as she would not have been impressed. I suggest the Best Western in town.

Good location right off the i20 if you’re just passing through. Upgrades needed (install an EV charging station, update the equipment in the fitness center). Also, the room could be a little bit cleaner. If I see a previous occupants hair in the bathroom I’m grossed out, and I did see it.

There were no good things about this property except one front desk clerk that was nice. The carpet in our room was filthy, the walls were stained, the furniture worn. There were what looked like boogers smeared on the wall and toenail pieces on the bathroom floor.

Its right by everything you need. Walmart less than a 5 minute drive (probably a 5-10 minute walk honestly.) Food options are right there too sonic, DQ, McDonald's, and a Philly cheesesteak restaurant. Gas stations right on the other side of the bridge (or the walmart murphy station.) Hotel has a COLD pool & a hot tub. Room is nice, nothing super fancy. Staff was nice. Breakfast was just the basic hotel Breakfast.
