The property is nice, fairly quiet, very clean, a nice swimming pool and has an excellent staff. The included breakfast was quite nice and offered enough choices to satisfy one’s breakfast needs. It’s also near a number of restaurants and is close to downtown Yarmouth and as an extra bonus it has a nice view of the ocean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

I stayed at this property after taking the ferry from bar harbor. It was very close and easy to get to. They cook the breakfast for you if you ordered ahead of time.
