"We loved the place. It was nice and comfy and we give it high rate, but that said, no-one told us about the train tracks about 30 yards away behind a grove of trees across a drainage ditch. It was a surprise at 4:30 am but once we realized it was there, it didn't bother us. even the kids slept through its passage. Don't let that scare you off, the train only comes thru 2-3 times a day. The property is well worth the train."

"We have never been on a houseboat before and was really looking forward to our 3 night stay. The houseboat is really nice with all amenities. The lay out is a bit funky. Bedroom is upstairs with an outside entrance. Couch downstairs is second bed, didn’t sleep on it so don’t know how comfy that would be. We lost all water, through no fault of the owners and only got to stay one night. Owners graciously refunded 2 nights money. I would book again, very close to family. "

"This was a wonderful place to be for our Sister's 60th Birthday Celebration. Each room has a TV, which is great. The salt water pool was so nice. There is plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The location for us was also super, since we went to restaurants and St. Augustine for our time here."
