Awful!! I was told to upon arrival that I had to pay an additional 50.00 fee for processing which I refused to pay , explaining to the manager that there was no mention of this fee anywhere online and it wasn't mentioned when I had called earlier that day regarding check in. I was told this was a new policy and that I needed to vacate the room because the fee would not be waived and that I should be grateful that he wasn't going to charge me for canceling the reservation. I left with no place to stay.

Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. The room was shabby with a broken window that you literally could open up and jump outside if you wanted to, moldy bathroom, chipped up wood vanity, unclean sheets, unclean floor and dirty pool/hot tub. The manager was quite rude when I asked for clean blankets and told me that they didn't have any blankets left, but then went in the back and said he found some. The "hot" breakfast consists on waffles only with one waffle machine for all of the guests to use that takes 3 minutes per waffle. The breakfast line was long, you had to consistently ask them to refill empty items (at which time they would act annoyed), and it contained mostly continental breakfast items. The breakfast area was also small. The exterior looks nothing like the photo. It is quite run down with ripped curtains in some room that you could see from outside and doors that have a badge reader but that didn't lock because they were broken. Overall, it was a bad experience and we really should have left and just ate the cost and found a decent hotel to stay at.

We did not enjoy our stay. First the hotel was very noisy, people were drinking in the hallway and blasting loud music. Repeatedly tried to call the front desk from our room, but there was no answer. Had to physical walk to the front desk to make staff aware of the issue after which it was dealt with. The beds were extremely hard making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

I accidentally booked the premium suite and while it was nice he heat didn’t work and the TVs didn’t work either. The premium suite is also by the front door so you hear the doors open everytime from the bedroom and if people go out to smoke you can hear their whole conversation. We were only staying because it was close to the airport. Won’t stay again lol

Wonderful stay
It was a nice, clean and friendly stay. I have no complaints! You cannot control other guests and their kids that decided to play hockey in the hallway at 10:45 pm. Other than what, not bad! Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast.

Gap under the door to my first room was inches wide. Keycard reader was broken and didnt accept my card even after visiting the front desk twice and waiting 40 minutes. 10 children in the hallway playing hockey outside my door. Was told they cant swap my room because i booked online. I insisted and they complied, with a room with a clogged toilet. Then the maintenance man tried opening the door to my new room around 1145 while i was asleep. Worst hotel experience ive ever had.

Just clean enough and just safe enough to be worth the price. Would stay here again if I was on a budget. The room had a bit of an odour to it that was unpleasant but the beds were extremely comfy. Hot tub out of order was too bad but still had the pool.
