Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. The room was shabby with a broken window that you literally could open up and jump outside if you wanted to, moldy bathroom, chipped up wood vanity, unclean sheets, unclean floor and dirty pool/hot tub. The manager was quite rude when I asked for clean blankets and told me that they didn't have any blankets left, but then went in the back and said he found some. The "hot" breakfast consists on waffles only with one waffle machine for all of the guests to use that takes 3 minutes per waffle. The breakfast line was long, you had to consistently ask them to refill empty items (at which time they would act annoyed), and it contained mostly continental breakfast items. The breakfast area was also small. The exterior looks nothing like the photo. It is quite run down with ripped curtains in some room that you could see from outside and doors that have a badge reader but that didn't lock because they were broken. Overall, it was a bad experience and we really should have left and just ate the cost and found a decent hotel to stay at.
