TV only direct tv, no other channels No instructions for heat or cooling Candy wrappers in corner, clothes left on shelf under sink Bathroom floor continued to be wet, especially after flushing toilet. After owning this property, 3 years this should be better, windows and screens are in need of much help.

Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. I wish we had left the moment we walked in but we were tired and it was late. The back door to the hotel has zero security. It doesn’t even close all the way. You can tell at one time you had to swipe to enter, that is NOT the case anymore. Our toilet still had stains from the last guest. There was dirt build up in every corner and burn marks on the carpet. The kicker, the hand prints all over the head board housekeeping couldn’t bother to wipe. Breakfast….they were out of milk for the cereal selection…which is basically all breakfast was. The walls are paper thin, the doors slam. I truly didn’t think a hotel could be this bad.

We were in Duluth for Grandma’s Marathon. The staff were great. However, our room smelled like mold and mildew. There were also bugs by the sink and door.

Have grace… nothing is perfect

It was good. The first room I got smelled like a dirty person, but the way they handled it was why I gave the 5th star. I was put into a new room and that one was great. The parking lot is a cratered nightmare and the cigarette pot needs to be emptied, but I got what I paid for and I’m satisfied.

I found live bedbugs in my room, which was absolutely filthy. The hotel refused to refund me. I had to treat my belongings for bedbugs for weeks. Expedia would not refund my money either and I ended up going through my credit card company. Bedbugs. Stains everywhere, horribly dirty. Do not stay here.

The air-conditioner filter light was on that it needed to be changed. When we turned the AC on we saw dust blow out. The air exchanged in the bathroom had chunks of dust stuck all over the vent. The stink smell from the room made it so even clothing we didn't use had to be washed when we got home. The pool area STUNK too and the pool water was freezing.

I was unable to stay there w/ my family. Pictures were deceiving, like a murder hotel. Stains everywhere musty foot smell. Ceiling in bathroom falling down. That hotel needs to close and I want my money back!!!!

The room was extremely dirty and looked like it had not even been cleaned from previous guest. Bedding looked used. Floors dirty. Dog hair on table. Used gum in trash. Hair in shower. Only positive was the staff that checked us in was very nice.

The good: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of space to park your vehicles. The bad: My room had a very noisy air-conditioner in it and you can hear people talking outside my room almost as if they were in my room. Thankfully, I had some ear plugs which helped somewhat to sleep better.

The stay was fine , but could hear dogs barking from other rooms, and it kept waking my toddlers up. Generally hotel walls are somewhat sound proof, these ones where definitely not, so I just wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a family with young kids

I stayed at the same Econolodge on Monday, 16 June and also on Wednesday, 18 June. I noticed when we got there we were in the upstairs. I told the assistant manager if he could places on the bottom floor for the next visit on the 18th he said he did it right then and there in front of us And the room was OK. We had two king beds. It was fine now on the 18th. He didn’t put the notes in so we had to go upstairs as I’m in my late 60s and my father-in-law‘s 91 and it was two queen beds in each room instead of king And they said they could do nothing because it’s a third-party through Expedia and I’ve heard that many times and that’s why I will not use Expedia anymore and also there was no consequences for this assistant manager who is supposed to put the notes. Not very good service and the clerk couldn’t do a thing. So like I said, I’m very disappointed in this and I will not be using Expedia again. nobody can do anything about anything Paul Morrissey.
