Only after I paid were we told that there were not enough people signed up in the morning so they wouldn’t be offered the buffet, but instead offered a menu to order from. I tried to cancel but they would not let me and would not return my money when requested.

The Girls at the front desk were extremely Helpful and Friendly during our stay, advising us on Bus and Train routes, Dining and places of Interest. Breakfast Buffet was good but wish they had switched it up a bit and not had the same thing every morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we never had any issues with noise coming from the street or Bar area. This is a Great Location and would definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice already and will continue to stay there next time we go back to Dublin. I’d conveniently located walking distance to Grafton street, Trinity College and right down the street from Temple Bar. The rooms are beautiful and very big. They include coffee and tea in the room, and a fantastic breakfast included.
